or any other milk

Greek yogurt

apple pie spice
(cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, cardamom, ginger)
Instructions
Peel two apples and remove the seeds. Slice the apples into pieces.

In a blender, along with the apples, put the banana, peanut butter, almond milk, Greek yogurt, and apple pie spice.

1 cup almond milk,
½ cup Greek yogurt,
⅓ tsp apple pie spice
Blend until smooth. If your blender has a smoothie setting, this would be the best option.
Notes
To make the smoothie more filling and satisfying, add a scoop of your favorite protein powder.
