Any summer day is complete with a delicious and refreshing Apricot Smoothie with Strawberries. Sip on blended fruit, protein, and all-natural ingredients.

Ingredients

cups
strawberries
5
medium
apricots
pit out

Greek yogurt
or coconut yogurt
½
cup
almond milk
2
Tbsp
honey
or maple syrup
Instructions
Blend strawberries with half of the yogurt, milk, and honey.
2 cups strawberries,
1 cup Greek yogurt,
2 Tbsp honey,
½ cup almond milk
Divide the strawberry smoothie into two glasses filling up halfway, or slightly more.
Blend apricots with the remaining half of the ingredients.
5 medium apricots,
1 cup Greek yogurt,
2 Tbsp honey,
½ cup almond milk
Pour carefully and slowly the apricot smoothie into the center of the strawberry smoothie.
Decorate with mint and a slice of apricot (optional).
Notes
Substitute Greek yogurt to your favorite yogurt.
