- 1 carrot, grated
 - 8 oz mozzarella ball, grated
 - 2 cloves garlic minced
 - 2 tbsp mayonnaise
 - 1 french baguette sliced
 
 
Preheat the oven to 400F.
Mix together carrots, garlic, cheese, and mayonnaise.
