coconut milk,
or milk of choice

cup
strawberries

honey,
depending on desired sweetness

vanilla extract

Instructions
Place milk, strawberries, honey, vanilla, and salt in a blender and blend until smooth.
1¾ cup coconut milk,,
½ cup strawberries,
2-4 Tbsp honey,,
¼ tsp vanilla extract,
1 pinch salt
Pour liquid into two pint sized glass jars.
Add 3 tablespoons chia seeds to each glass jar and whisk until well combined.
6 Tbsp chia seeds,
Let sit for 2-3 hours or until gelled, or place in refrigerator overnight.
Serve as is or topped with extra sliced strawberries or other berries.
