Easy 3 Ingredient Butternut Squash Fries

Simple, only three ingredients and filled with vitamins and minerals.

Ingredients

  • 1 butternut squash, sliced
  • 3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425F.
  • Peel the squash.

  • Slice squash in half and take out the seeds.

  • Slice into thin fries.

  • Mix squash slices with extra virgin olive oil and sea salt. Spread on baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes, then flip over slices and continue baking for another 15 minutes. Broil for the last 3 minutes. Enjoy right away!

Notes

  • Keep an eye on the squash fries as they're broiling in the last step. Make sure they don't overcook, and turn out perfectly crispy.
