Easy and Classic Hummus
Love hummus? It’s so easy to make your own! Here is a hummus recipe that is super easy to blend up.

Ingredients

oz can
organic chickpeas,
drained & rinsed

cloves
garlic,
or 1 clove if you don't like a lot of garlic

Tbsp
lemon juice
½
tsp
sea salt
⅓
cup
tahini
1
Tbsp
extra virgin olive oil
⅓
cup
warm water
Instructions
Add all the ingredients to a blender or Nutribullet.
15 oz can organic chickpeas,,
2 cloves garlic,,
½ tsp sea salt,
⅓ cup tahini,
1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil,
⅓ cup warm water,
1½ Tbsp lemon juice
Blend for 1-2 minutes, or until smooth.
Drizzle a dash of extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of cayenne pepper, and add cilantro on top for extra flavor. (optional)
Notes
This hummus lasts 4-5 days in the refrigerator. However, you must store it in an airtight container so it doesn’t spoil.
