How to make Celery and Apple Salad with Almonds and Dates
Step 1: Prepare celery
Wash and trim the celery stalks. Slice into ⅛ to ¼-inch half-moons crosswise.
Steps 2 & 3: Prepare apples and dates
Core and slice the apples.
Pit the dates and chop into small pieces.
Step 4: Make the dressing
For the dressing mix combine all ingredients, adding 1 Tbsp of hot water. The water will help to make the dressing smooth.
Step 5: Combine
Combine salad ingredients together in a bowl and combine with tahini dressing.
