The Soft and Simple Apple Cake with Cream Cheese was totally delicious. My family loved this yummy cake for dessert Christmas Eve. The step by step directions were very easy to follow with simple ingredients. We love anything with apples. I sprinkled with chopped pecans instead of sunflower seeds. I loved the contrast of the crunchy nuts with the moist cake.
So glad you like it! What a great holiday touch with the pecans, yum!
