Homemade guacamole can be made ahead of time. Although its best served fresh, you can make it ahead of and refrigerate in an air tight container for up to 2 days, otherwise it will turn brown. Tighten the guacamole dish as tightly as possible with plastic wrap or lid.
You can make homemade guacamole a day ahead, and stored in an air tightened container until ready to enjoy.
