How to make The Best Easy Crepes Recipe
If you have a blender, place all the ingredients together and blend for 1-2 minutes. If you don’t have a blender you can follow the steps below.
Step 1: Whisk milk and flour
Combine milk and flour in a mixing bowl. Whisk together until there are no clumps left from the flour.
Step 2: Add more milk
Add another cup of warm milk to the bowl and mix.
Step 3: Add egg and the rest of the ingredients
Lightly beat the egg and add to the milk and flour. Add in salt, baking powder, sugar, and olive oil. Mix all together! The batter will be runny once all combined.
Step 4: Make the crepes
Heat up a crepe pan or any flat skillet over medium heat. Using a ladle, spoon out crepes one by one onto the skillet. Once the first side browns, flip it over and let the other side cook until light brown as well. (This process goes by very quickly.)
Step 5: Fill and enjoy
Remove each crepe from the pan and stack flat on a plate. Enjoy with toppings and fillings of your choice, folding them as you like!
