  • Feel free to experiment with fresh herbs like tarragon, chives, or marjoram for complementary flavors.

Recipe FAQs

How can I make sure I cook the mushrooms all the way through?

Check for a golden-brown color on the mushrooms and ensure the filling is hot and bubbly.

Can I prepare these in an air fryer?

Yes. Air fry the mushrooms at 350°F (175°C) for approximately 12-15 minutes. Use parchment paper or a cooking spray and check for doneness before enjoying.

How can I prevent the mushrooms from tipping over during baking?

Place cheese-stuffed mushrooms close together on the baking sheet to support each other and prevent tipping. Using a baking dish with raised edges helps the mushrooms to stand evenly overall.
