You don’t need a fancy salad dressing recipe for this amazing recipe. Just cut a mango, avocado, and toss it together with the herbs and seasonings.

For years, the Tommy Atkins mango has been the only mango variety available in U.S. grocery stores. They’re grown in Florida and have a great shelf life. I recently ate an Ataulfo mango, which has just come in season. I can attest to the much better flavor of the Ataulfo.
