Quick and Simple Mushroom Side Dish with Onion
Mushrooms work in our body as an antioxidant and boost our immune system. This dish is perfect as a side dish to any meal.

Ingredients

mushrooms,
sliced

onion,
thinly chopped

extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Wash mushrooms gently and quickly and slice them. Slice the onion as thin as possible.
Into a pan add extra virgin olive oil. Add in your sliced mushrooms, and stir occasionally sauté the mushrooms.
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil,

Salt to taste (I add about ¼ tsp.) As soon as the mushrooms begin to brown, add in the chopped onion.
