  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 inch fresh ginger
  • 2 Tbsp water
  • 1 mandarin, peeled & separated
  • 1 persimmon, chopped
  • 1 banana, peeled & sliced
  • ½ pomegranate
  • 1 Tbsp fresh mint, chopped

Instructions

  • Mince or finely chop fresh ginger, then add to honey and water, whisking it up well.

  • Add honey to tasty. 
  • Don't use powder ginger for this recipe. 
  • Fresh root ginger can be found in most grocery stores.
