Instructions
Rinse the rice in a strainer beneath running water.

Heat olive oil in a saucepan.
1 Tbsp olive oil
Add rice and stir to coat it evenly with the oil.
Add water and salt. Bring the water to a boil.

Cover with a tight-fitting lid. Reduce heat to maintain a low simmer and cook for 15 minutes.
With the lid on, remove from heat and let steam for 10 minutes. Fluff the rice with a fork and enjoy.
Notes
Use an instant pot or rice cooker for this recipe if you have them available. They make the process easier.
