  • 5-6 cups arugula leaves
  • 2 pears, sliced into ¼" bite-sized pieces
  • ½ cup hazelnuts, chopped (raw or roasted & salted)
  • ¼-½ cup fresh goat cheese, crumbled
  • 2 Tbsp white wine vinegar
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • tsp black pepper

Instructions

  • Whisk together olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper, then set aside.

  • Add arugula leaves, pears, and hazelnuts to a large bowl. Drizzle dressing over the salad and toss well.

Notes

Make the dressing with just four ingredients: white wine vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper. Adjust to taste, and serve with more salad recipes!
