You can easily meal prep with these quick and easy turkey lettuce wraps! This simple ground turkey recipe can transform any weeknight meal into a restaurant-quality dish. It includes lean proteins and Asian flavors. 

This perfect lunch meal has water chestnuts, garlic, ginger, green onions, and red pepper mixed into the ground turkey. Simply stir fry and add atop a leaf of iceberg lettuce!

How to Make Easy and Quick Turkey Lettuce Wraps

Step 1: Heat the oil

Heat sesame oil in a 12-inch pan on medium heat.

Step 2: Cook turkey

Add turkey and break apart into crumbled pieces. Cook the turkey for 5-7 minutes until it has cooked through. Then, drain any excess liquid.

Step 3: Add flavors and seasoning

Add coconut aminos, sriracha, rice vinegar, minced garlic, fresh ginger, tamari, and stir to combine. Allow to cook for 3-5 minutes or until meat starts to absorb liquid.

Add red pepper, water chestnuts, and pepper and stir to combine.

  • 1 lb ground turkey meat, white meat, dark meat, or a combo of both
  • ¼ cup coconut aminos
  • ¼ cup tamari
  • 1 tsp sriracha, or any hot sauce (more if you like it spicy)
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • ½ cup red pepper, chopped
  • 2 stalks green onion, sliced (white & green parts)
  • 8 oz water chestnuts, 1 can, strained & chopped
  • 1 large pinch black pepper, optional
  • 1 head iceberg lettuce, or romaine, or baby romaine lettuce works too
  • 2 limes, cut into slices (optional)
