  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup milk, of choice
  • ¼ cup yogurt, of choice
  • 2 Tbsp maple syrup
  • ½-1 large banana, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • tsp ground ginger
  • 1-2 cups ice, depending on how cold and icy you want it
  • 1 pinch salt
